5. Cheese (9.8 kg Co2e per kg)
Notice what these all have in common? That’s right: They’re all animal products.
Just by going vegan, you can cut your carbon footprint in half. And you’ll not only help the planet but also spare countless animals from a lifetime of misery at factory farms.
